Material Preparation
General Properties
• Prior to strand extrusion, ESTANE® 3D TPU F70D-065 TR UV PL pellets must be dried at 100ºC for 2-4 hours.
• It is recommended to dry the pellets in a desiccant type dryer. Target dew point should be -40°C.
• The produced filaments must be kept in a sealed bag with enough silica gel desiccant until use, in moisture free
conditions during printing, and dried overnight at 70C in a standard convection oven in case of moisture
exposure
• Depending on the applied processing technique, the maximum moisture level should be 0.02%.
